Dam, Greenville, SC Charlotte, and Columbia, SC are places I've lived and they're on the list.
I'm still in Columbia now and I like it here. Cost of living is low, jobs are here, and the taxes are low. I will probably retire in South Carolina but i wanna move closer to the coast maybe Myrtle Beach area

I was born and raised in #11 (Pittsburgh) and I moved to NYC cause as affordable as it is, it sucks...

They are affordable cause no one wants to live there.

Still in Pittsburgh here breh, and pretty soon with the way things are going, Pittsburgh won't be on that affordable list for long.

I'm thinking of making the move to Grand Rapids when I get a cert or degree. My aunt and uncle live up there And are caking.
Me and the fam are moving back there in August :blessed:. Nice chill spot to raise a family. Not too big, not too small. If you get a cert or degree, you can definitely feast.

Who would want to live any of these places though? :scust:
I can see if you're ready to retire, but other than than that list is a pass. People don't buy cheap shyt for a reason, because the quality is trash, same with city locations. They put tulsa, ok on the list, and look what @The Wave has to go through when he decides to leave the house. :bryan:

I would never live in any of those cities.

I love NYC cause I'm not completely surrounded by white people everywhere I go. And seeing people of all races everywhere.
:blessed:

When I went back to Pittsburgh to visit family, all I wanted to do was leave...shyt was depressing. Made me feel like a tourist in the country, state, and city I was born and raised in. fukk that...fukk all of those places.

Breh's it's called compromise and being realistic. Some of ya'll complain that there ain't shyt to do in these cities but there's always shyt to do, the fukked up part is nikkas think doing shyt means clubbing and grinding on bytches and judging cities based on their nightlife as if everywhere is NYC, LA, ATL. LEARN TO ADAPT! Pick up a local hobby akin to the area go to some lame Cheese Festival or whatever and get hip to some new shyt. nikkas be killing me expecting every city to be 24 hrs on some NYC/Vegas shyt.

Columbia isn't bad. For some reason it's always 7 degrees hotter than any other place in the state though.
