Please direct us to the Irish and Italian American entertainers who make music about it, brag about the lifestyle, and the audience that loves it. Hell, black rappers, and black people were even glorifying the mob as if that’s something to aspire to. Those other groups shun that lifestyle publicly, not take formed and current mobsters, and play their music. No other group makes music about crime.

cops are responsible for most of the holiday weekend shooting in the chi. How does mass shooting happen in the same city around the same period every year
and the murders never get solved. It makes sense considering republicans have strategically made chicago the face of lawlessness to shyt on Obama

1. I doubt it was a Juneteenth event. I live in Texas, I’m not there at the moment but it seems like Juneteenth events are usually done the day of. I’d assume it would be the same way in other states, since it’s a national holiday now.
2. Let’s be real, we’re past the point of trying to “mentor” and “understand” these little demons. These little fukkers that are around my little brothers are (15-17) have zero decorum whatsoever and take pride in being “savages”. You can’t negotiate with someone like that.
3. It doesn’t matter what other races of people do. CACs got a whole meth/opioid epidemic happening in their community, y’all wanna imitate that too?
4. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were listening to drill music at the gathering. As much as y’all dislike it when @Matt504 says it, our “music” is poison these days.
I was raised to nod at other black men when I make eye contact with them and acknowledge other black people in mixed company.
These little antisocial nikkas don’t do that shyt anymore and I partially blame the music. It’s literally programming us to view each other as “opps”.
We are going to need some sort of cultural revolution as black people.
And soon, because we don’t have much time left. We can only “get lucky” and “survive” so much before our luck runs out.

The conservative media IS going to have a royal frenzy with this and use it as an argument against the holiday, against black rights and representation in general, and disparage us as a whole. And it is a relevant discussion to this.

It is pointless to point to other groups committing violent crimes because of course other groups are going to have their own committing violent crimes (that's a moot point/argument). The analysis should not be done on a ABSOLUTE basis but a RELATIVE basis fancy word for analyzing the macro picture and see whether one group disproportionately is over or under represented in certain categories compared to other groups.
When we do an analysis in terms of wealth, median household income, home ownership rates etc.., we take the same stance. Black people have lower rates and numbers in all these three categories as a whole. Does that mean that there are not Black people who are more wealthy than certain whites? No. Are there certain Black households that out earn whites or Asians? Yes.
Same with health stats, we know that Black women have that highest probability of dying during childbirth. Does that mean that there aren't Black women who have safe and successful deliveries and pregnancies? No. Does that mean that some women of other groups don't die during deliveries and pregnancies? No. But we look at relative to other groups of women, Black women have the highest rates and come to that conclusion based on aggregating and generalizing the data in comparison to other groups.
But we have to generalize and have a macro picture of the data in order to draw inferences and conclusions to find solutions to the problem(s).
In the subject of murders, Black people are over-represented as both victims and perpetrators. It does not mean that other racial or ethnic groups do not commit or die of murders but the fact that we are over represented in those stats is definitely worthy of a conversation and a solution to the problem as opposed to burying our heads in the sand and engage in whataboutism or conspiracy theories.
