Man this thread has me reminiscing about summer 2001. Was going into my senior year of high school. Things were so optimistic until 9/11.

10th grade for me. Walking to get Blueperint on 9/11 listening to Bb Marley and The Wailers. Was Next "Wifey" out yet? Edit: That was 2000.

The Jada was in rotation still, the Fab, Jay, obviously. Put It On Me w/ Lil Mo probably was getting a lot of radio play.

Oh, Bad Boys 4 Life, great call. I never listen to that anymore. I guess that means Lets Get It too.

I was so young, my perception of some of these tracks all runs into like a two year span of late 2000 and 2001.

Landover Mall was still open (tho it was slowly dying around that time) and Beltway Plaza was one of the best malls in PG at the time (Jeepers, the video game arcade by the movies, Funcoland, more stores, etc.).
