Advertising. My references started out as my homies and at worst I have diff numbers where I was my own reference under a diff name and chanaged my voice. It sounds dumb but it works when you know buzzwords and terms In your induatry. Initially I interviewed heavily to perfect the con and leant on the job

I’ll post my resume template and cover letter. The other 1/2 is research and confidence. I only apply for roles where I don’t have the experience so they’re overpaying me for my worth Not the other way around (underpaid/overworked).

Also it's a small world where people in the same field within the same city end up working with old coworkers. Do you ever worry about former coworkers coming to your current employer and exposing you?

If I needed to lie I would. I however state I finished 1 and 1 is in process. I also have a diploma. No one can expose me now because I flopped 4 years ago that’s why eh I wanna s fired. Now I’ve had enough time on the job to learn it. Effectively I’m now qualified. Plus why worry, they can’t stop my money. My contract won’t let them cut me off without a good MF reason.

At this point I do my colleagues and even GMs work. They like me, I know what’s I’m doing in this industry and they’d brush it off
