Honestly the job market right now is hard. For anyone without commercial achievements you gotta outwork people. Outnetwork them, study your field and be charming/personable in interviews.
Is your issue landing an interview or closing ?
Are you confident in your skills ?
Are you articulate ?
You don’t have to be special you just have to be resilient and persistent. However do you wanna start faking from the jump or go in legit ? It’s 2 diff paths and it ain’t for everyone

Who do you have to go through to land he interviews ? Recruiters o HR at the company ? Recruiters you gotta be polite and personable, they don’t care how skilled you are, they’re just a weird fukking bunch of people. They can know you have CEO potential and have had a CEO level salary but they’ll stick you in a role they have to fill a quote and get their lil commission. I honestly dislike most of them as they don’t hustle hard for their candidates, they have to maintain relationships with their clients (the companies).
