I’m personable. It’s not bullshyt because it’s outside the range of what reasonable people do. A lot of gigs just look at a resume especially when the candidate knows the buzz words and can name drop people at the previous organisation they say they worked at

I'm highly skeptical, but like others have said if this is true wrung these CACs dry and take as much money and benefits as possible.

I find getting employed is all about your soft skills and at least knowing the basics. If you are young why would you waste your life pretending to do something instead of just getting a degree one time to actually learn the skills properly?

After going on 12 interviews i'm still unemployed after 4 months and i'm tampering with dates on my resume at this point fuk have i got to lose now since i'm just a couple of months off the 6 months deadline where you unemployable unless you have a solid reason and even then

This last rejection i had was fukin disgusting ditzy bytch recruiter leads me on for two weeks talkin bout the interviewer really liked me and with a bit of training i could hit the ground running..... fast forward a few days they decided on someone with more expereince bear in mind this is for essentially an admin type job...so I can have a degree in a IT plus a relevant PM qualification along with 18 months relevant experience and i'd still struggle to do this huh you fukin wrinkly old cac

Previous rejection i have a 30 minute telephone interview and fly over to an interview with them in just one days notice and this black HR assistant chick i had the interview with still hasn't got back to me after over a month and i see the job reposted the other day at least have the decency to let your skin folk know what it was. Honestly feel like topping myself brehs i've been crying like a bytch all weekend

yeah it happens all the time actually. seen plenty of people get arrested when the jig is up. "soft skills" get you further than anything.

most of the time, HR don't even communicate between departments that want job postings. thats why theres so many unrealistic job descriptions (ex. you need 5 years of experience in Adobe CS 2018)

then I got an interview with a company (for a role that I had zero experience in).. busted my ass the first 2 weeks, tryna learn as much as I could from this white kid.. now I'm cruising, life is good.


don't give up man, I know how it feels... honestly the worst feeling, can make a nikka wanna end himself. these white people are ruthless.

Initially 0 experience. I made a resume. I went to a few interviews and bombed. Then learnt what they were looking for. Got hired, then fired for not knowing shyt, finally perfected it all and came up. Took 1-2 months of ntervuews and studying my industry

The best way to lie and not end up getting fired is to at least work on the skills asked for in the job description.

I’m doing a digital interview with JP Morgan (3rd job in a week that they are considering me for)

And as we speak I’m freshing up my excel skills and learning SQL so when I do start I don’t look like a dummie since I tell them all the time I’m a beginner at the tech stuff.
