Part of this is that movies will never likely get that pre-Covid theatre prioritisation from audiences again, part of this is on the confused appeal.

Is it for men cos of the Kingsman director? Is it for women who liked The Lost City with Channing Tatum and Sandra Bullock? Is it both but those factors are far enough removed from each other that the attempts to reconcile them will be weak at best? Does the studio even know?

Trailer just screams "maybe I'll catch it on streaming".

It doesn't look bad or anything, but nothing that would make me consider going to the theater to see it.
Wholeheartedly agree.

Just doesn’t scream go to the theater to watch.

Yep and I guess that's what Apple were thinking guess this will go onto Apple TV fairly quickly

I'd watch it but I'm not feeling I need to go pay $20 at the cinema to do so.

The answer.

A movie by a director who's more bankable than 98% of actors.
America's doll come to life with an A-list actress.
A classic reinvigorated.

You said movies will never go back to pre-covid

The movie theaters are back...people never like wack movie trailers and magically went to the theater
