QB's are like how it was when HS basketball players declared for the NBA Draft. You never wanted to be the guy who didn't take one because of what they could be.

Great? First of all, dude had the following stat line (including OT)
1TD 0 INT 196 yards 1 rushing TD.
That including a 71 yard TD pass to Torrey Smith in OT.
So half of his production came in the last play of a game we should have lost. He was pretty crappy that game. How do I feel about him? He has some good legs which are a big plus, he tends to not take shots deep and when he does his passes are pretty off. He seems pretty smart for the most part, he's really risk averse though... He's like Alex Smith but throws more picks. Think he has a higher ceiling than Alex though. IMO, he's a backup or a starter on a bad team. Don't see him ever being good.

I give Locker somewhat of a pass b/c of his injuries, plus I thought he showed heart on the field at least

Kaep's good games actually blew Blaine's out of the water this past season, but these dudes were going on about how Blaine was checking the ball down. There's this obssession with 9er fans and checkdowns. While Kaep has had some poor games this season, so as everyone with our craptacular coaching staff. Dude was injured too and still can't even take part in full practice cuz he's injured. Every single QB would get a mulligan, not Kaep. Black QB's need to hit the ground running and keep going or else they are replaced.
