30.4 on 55%, 15rebs, 3ast, .4stl, 2.4blk (Shaq)
29.4 on 47%, 7rebs, 6ast, 1.8stl, .8blk (Kobe)
10 on 44%, 5rebs, 3astl, 1.9stl, .4blk (Fox)

30 on 50%, 10rebs, 5ast, 1.8stl, .7blk (Bron)
23 on 46%, 5rebs, 4ast, 1.7stl, 1.3blk (Wade)
14 on 49%, 8rebs, .6ast, .4stl, 1blk (Bosh)

This is playoff numbers from 2012 & 2001. Nobody on Miami is stopping Shaq. For yall nikkas talking about fouling him out, don't you think IND, NJ & PHI thought that same thing? :skip:

Wade not stopping Kobe either. This the same Wade who only had a good showing vs. Pacers, vs. a Kobe that obliterated San Antonio (48 on 52%, 16rebs) & Sacramento (45 on 55%, 10rebs) then had two huge games vs. Philly.

Bron will get his. It comes down to Bosh because Wade will be gassed trying to stay with Kobe. LA in 6.

:laff: Why are you posting these numbers like they matter? Even if they did matter, why are you only posting the top 3 scorers?

I didn't know you just added up PPG to determine which team is better. I thought there was something called match ups and adjustments and oh... playing.

Guess not. You just add up the numbers from the top 3 players and that's it. Thank you based GAWD. :lawd:

So basically you're saying that you have to play the games? :ohhh:

/thread

What I'm saying is that the comparison between

espndb_2001nbachamp_576.jpg

And any other team that isn't a Jordan Bulls team, or a team that could even repeat an NBA championship is completely BASELESS and Asinine.

That's like if I asked if the 2009-10 Lakers could beat the 97-98 Bulls, just based on the premise that they both won :skip:

:russ: Bosh only played 1 game against Indiana, breh. And he missed half the Boston series. Wade was banged up all year.

Do you fools watch basketball or do you just skim through box scores?

Like how many games it takes to win matters anyway. The Lakers vs the Blazers, Kings, Spurs and Sixers has nothing to do with the 2012 Heat.

You should feel fortunate I'm taking the time to respond to such a dumb ass post.

Ur ass prolly didnt even watch basketball before 2004. But Ill assume ur trolling since no one can be this stupid on purpose and keep it moving.

The great run that team had has grossly overrated them. :scusthov:

Similar to people picking the Spurs this year because they won 20 straight. Greatest run, but clearly not the greatest team.

How can you be overrated when you won THREE straight NBA titles, and the year you were at your best, you had literally no challengers. Only lost one game in the entire NBA playoffs, knocking off 2 of the other best teams in the league in sweeps?

My dude, be honest for the coli, did you even watch this Laker team? There's no shame in being too young to remember, but don't speculate on stuff you have no idea about. I honestly do not think anyone who watched both teams runs could even compare them.

Stop being a dumbass. :beli:

I was painting a picture statistically. Obviously, its about matchups & making adjustments. Surprise. That's two things the Lakers were better at too :gladbron:

Spoelstra can barely decide which box of cereal he wants let alone outwit a coach who had 7 championship rings at the time. Miami matches up bad at C & are questionable at PG, SG & PF. Wade's not holding Kobe. Bron & Wade take far too many shots for Bosh to make much of a difference & young Fisher would actually have legs & won't get cooked by Cole or Chalmers. Your only clear advantage is Lebron.

Now stop being a fukking moron :beli:

You just said it. They had literally no challengers. I'm looking at the squad, breh. I see they had 2 of the best 3 players in the league and not much else. No team could match their star power. Miami can.

What team from that year was on 2012 Heat's level? None. So it's easy to say that the 2012 heat would easily be their toughest opponent. Don't tell me about the Blazer, Kings, Spurs and Sixers because none of those teams is the 2012 Miami Heat.

Right because the great Phil Jackson has never been outcoached before. He never took a team stacked with HOFers into Detroit and got ran out the gym or never got swept by the Mavericks.

The "statistical picture" you're painting is irrelevant. What LAL did against teams that weren't the 2012 Heat has nothing to do with the 2012 Heat.

I could see if you're comparing 2 teams that have already met head to head and using the stats from that series. You're essentially making the same case as Knicks fans talking shyt about Melo going off in the Olympics. What does that have to do with the NBA?

What does LAL's numbers against teams inferior to the 2012 Heat have to do with the 2012 Heat?
