- The suddenly arrogant again Tennessee volunteers are 20 point underdogs headed to Eugene to face the Oregon Ducks.
- Speaking of baseless arrogance, the Texas Longhorns (despite getting gutted like a fatted calf last night) opened as 3.5 pt favorites over the Ole Miss Rebels, and that number is now at 4.5
- The defending national champion Alabama Crimson Tide opened as 7 point road favorites over the Texas A&M Aggies. That number is now at 7.5.
- The Auburn Tigers are a touchdown favorite over the Mississippi St. Bulldogs
- Arkansas opened as a 19 point favorite over Southern Miss; Number is now at 22
- The South Carolina Gamecocks opened as 11 pt favorites over Vandy; number is now at 13.5
- LSU opened as 38 point favorites over Kent. St.
