Has China done those things?

I'm telling ya'll. The USA cares about saving face more than China. Imagine the news if US Tax payers were paying the way for these dictators to come and chill in the USA.
I heard Obama did not have any one on one meetings with none of the African Leaders.

African Leaders had to pay their own flight to the summit.

I heard a couple of African Leaders(might be 2) wanted to leave out of annoyance.

U.S. is not gonna overtake China as Africa number one trading partner.

who the fukk should pay for their flights breh.. these fools have their hands in the pockets of their people. Even the aid going there goes straight into their pockets fukk em. Always looking for handouts. they love that chinese money because they dont put conditions. they dont know that the chinese money aint free. they will strip Africa without giving two fukks

The government just increased the MP salary from $3k to $3,200 just for the security reasons when that additional $200 if added to Somali National Army (SNA) salary will secure the whole damn country. Sometimes these nikkas dont get paid for months :smh:..thats how the army's livelihood is messed up !...

Simple fixing the army by giving them their rights and higher wages.
I was :smh: at the Somali president, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, the day he said to military

"I will pay you $100 bucks per month and if you are not satisfied... don't work for me."

As IF they work for him :snoop:. He is confusing the presidency with his old post as an NGO officer. $100 bucks in Somalia wont even keep you for a week if you want to live a normal live. The basic goods are getting expensive by the day due to the high taxes in the sea port. Plus, that tax revenue is used to bribe the MPs...we need genuine leaders the same goes for the stooges at the parliament..the only reason he is not fixing the army or building the constitutional court is that both of these institutions are threat to the corruption in the parliament and cabinet.

My father is in Mogadishu right now and he's built a hotel and attaching a restaurant to it. There's high demand for lodging because of all of the international community coming back. But my dad is now saying he ain't letting government people stay at his place. Al Shabaab EXCLUSIVELY targets government folks. If you do your own thing, they don't bother you. But they themselves are weak and without much support. A little coordination with the army in addition to African Union backup... and the whole damn country is yours.

Yeah but they trained the SNA troops too and AMISOM troops from Uganda, Djibouti, Burundi, etc are getting their paychecks while the Somalia guys are left with nothing.

It's so stupid. Its not even like this is the first time this is happening.

Al Shabaab still use the same tactics but they are weakened and if there was a time to finish them, now would be it.

true but the Sierra Leonean troops aint getting paid though. Top army brass is taking their money aand paying them only a fraction of what the UN allocated for the operation. Its unbelievable that Somailia has been shyt since the overthrow of Siad barre. that shyt happened over 20 years ago

If there's one thing I give Siad Barre props for is that when he left the country, he didn't steal any cash with him and died in exile in Nigeria with basically nothing.
