American companies definitely get their hands dirty...maybe not to the extent of the Europeans..but they get it in. Check the UN report on the companies looting the Congo...how many Chinese companies were on that?

The only difference is that in the U.S. you get caught there are consequences but that doesn't stop people for trying as you can see by the long list of cases.
