Green/Looney
Nurkic/Jones
Am I that out of touch with the NBA? I know Bazemore was in a few rotations recently, but this nikka came up like that?Atlanta would have to use its precious cap space to re-sign Bazemore. The Hawks’ only other option is using the early Bird exception on Bazemore, but that pact would start at $6 million.Bazemore is expected to seek more than double that — a pact starting at at least $16 million. That’s more than the player he replaced in the starting lineup, DeMarre Carroll (four years, $60 million last summer).

Yeah I'm familiar with that, but that still seems OD. Is that the new MLE?Cap went up so much a lot of these guys are going to be getting paid..seems like a lot but its not really in relation to the cap.
I'm happy for Baze and that he's about to get paid, but if he's asking for $16 million, I'ma wish him well and move on. He is not worth that amount. He started the year off strong, struggled for part of the season & struggled with his shot/confidence. He's an undersized SF who can't consistently shoot. He's not getting $16 million if I'm running the Hawks
I think Bazemore gets something around the range of 4 yrs/$52 mil
You have to look at the market. Guys like Shumpert, Ross & Lamb are getting $9-11 mil a year, and Bazemore is better than all of them
It wouldn't shock me if he got 16 a year but that's probably his best case scenario
No way in hell Denver does this deal
He's good as gone. We can get Rudy Gay for a 1st round pick and Thabo/Splitter(3rd team to clear space) or trade for P.J. Tucker. Bazemore is not worth more than 10-12 for what we do.I think Bazemore gets something around the range of 4 yrs/$52 mil
