Exhibit A is what you're doing with Al. Al has made ONE All NBA team and he was a third teamer in 2011. That was 5 years ago. He doesn't rebound, score and now he's shooting threes. He shouldn't get a max and be expected to be our top player b/c that's not what he is

I didn't say Draymond wasn't there best defender, I said Bogut covered for his mistakes. Draymond defensively does the same shyt Millsap does on defense. That freelance defense ain't real. Once Bogut is gone, you will see.

Bogut played 12mpg in the playoffs Draymond is one of the best defenders in the league, PERIOD.

Chris Paul actually plays well in the playoffs, he just can't close the deal. Horford has played like pure shyt the last two seasons, you're advocating paying a player max money that has given you 14ppg 8rpg in his last two playoff runs, and looked like garbage against the team he's supposed to lead them past. When they gonna win a playoff game vs the Cavs? we aint talking about winning the series, I'm talking about winning a single game, and you want to make that your cornerstone.

Al played well to me. I don't look to him or anyone on our team for scoring. I look for the total package from all of our players. Defensively, he did very well. If you asked Bud or the coaches, they would agree.

Green is one of the best defensive players in the NBA. I agree. Horford is better. Has more responsibility and far more important. GS moves the least amount of distance on defense in the NBA. Their style is predicated on risk taking outside of Bogut in the starting five.

I look at the team, not just one player. I look really at the GM. They finally got the right bench but they need the right starting five like they had in 2015. We lost more games in the 5 minutes than any team in the NBA last season. That's not a mistake. That's why fit matters.

He's a max player, right? If the answer is yes then he's judged by what he does in the playoffs.

For the second year in a row he shrank in the playoffs, and his game is not at all conducive to leading the team past Cleveland, he's easily neutralized against teams that gameplan for him, which is why he's yet to win a single game against LeBron led teams.

He is not a franchise player, he is not a guy you build your team around, he is a really good 2nd or 3rd option that is being used as a franchise player. You're not going to see Horford at this age go for 30 and 20 and win a playoff game, and if he can't do that I don't want him getting 30% of my cap when I do not have a franchise player on my team. We're talking about a dude that just recently had a 1 rebound game against the Cavs, and you want to max him out?

Listen, if the Thunder sign him it's huge, because they have 2 guys that are head and shoulders better than him and he assumes the role he's meant for, but if he's your best player then you're not going anywhere.
