Why are they giving these dudes the "most money they can earn under the cap" anyway? What part of the game is that.
For the right price wouldn't mind Austin Rivers on the 76ers. Can't be around some of these crazy numbers though, for 6-7 mil a year ain't a bad look.

6-7 mil is what a lot of these contracts should be,. At most 8-9 range.

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
Philly should of gotten the pick this year, but thanks to the tank commander they didn't.

One year deals are what the Lakers have been doing the past 3 seasons.

It's improvement and progresss going forward. What one year deals would you have suggested to help the Lakers move forwad instead of backwards?

If you move forward it's because randle, Ingram, Russell, and clarkson

Why sacrifice your future cap space for deng and mozgov? That does nothing for them except guarantee they don't have their first round pick in the deepest draft in a decade

I think lakers gave up on big name FA signing. They are now going with lets roll with youth and surround them with high character veterans and let them grow
If that's the case, why not give Vince Carter 7 mill and give Chuck Hayes 3 mill?

What's the protection on the pick?

That's a lot for veteran help breh

I agree but this stupid Cba messed everything up and we still have to reach the floor. I think lakers going fukk it we going okc/gs mode in where no FA wanna come here so we gonna let the young guys grow. In 3-4 years when these contracts coming to end hopefully the kids will show they are real deal and FA will find the lakers attractive again

Mozgov signing still head scratcher due to how much he got but I see it as a defensive anchor and white guy to set the illegal bogus screens and shaw has experience with him. Loul had a good season and great veteran presence and role model for the young guys. Better having the kids around dent than swaggy. And maybe lakers have a trade or something lined up.

Lakers destroyed the foundation kobe set for them

If you wanted a veteran al jefferson and joe johnson cost 10 mil a year

You could have waited until the end of free agency to sign guys to long term des after everyone else ran out of cap space

What an incompetent group of people

Kobe put them in a position to compete for championships in 3 or 4 years and they threw it away

Sh*t for 18 mil they coulda prolly had wade

These dudes tying up money for r years :snoop:

I'm tired of these NFL players and NBA critics popping off on Twitter. Only having 15 players on the roster means NBA players will get paid more on average.

I also don't think these people realize that any NBA bench player would destroy them one on one.

But the NFL revenue twin towers over the NBA. Every team in the NFL is profitable. There is no reason a professional football player (not only on the practice squad) should be making 50-60K per year. N!gga get a 9-5then.
