Back in MIA
Platinum. Need the side cameras and the wood trim.
Here you go.

Looks like dealerships are paying just about $26k. Use that as your bottom invoice price. It doesn't mean that anything more is necessarily dealer profit. They have to pay for floor plan (monthly on the car, most dealers float them), transportation fees, employee salary etc. So obviously expect to pay more.

Estimated retail is $31,800 (that lines up with the $5k most dealers have in cars). So you definitely don't want to pay that or close to that.

$28k would be a good deal. $27k would be amazing. $26k and you're stealing it.

14 second car, not too bad.

Lexus is still better in every way. Would rather spend $25k on a used Lexus ISF than $32k on a maxipad

joined the club today. Pearl White Midnight Edition. I knew what things I didn't care for from my '14 Maxima so I ended up at about the SR level. I thought I was going Impala, but was more impressed than I thought. Was hoping the Model 3 was out faster, but alas, hopefully this is an enjoyable 2 or 3 years.

I actually was looking at these before I bought my SS. I just couldn't get over the CVT :mjlol: I hope infiniti uses its design and make a 7 speed version of this.

I didn't even stop to think about taking some. Was so mesmerized playing with stuff

observations:
- I'm surprised it feels so much bigger than the last one
- seats are more comfortable, while feeling less bulky. Leather is definitely better
- control placement is 50x better. I think a lot of things were added on after the fact on the 2014, while you can tell the whole layout on the 17 was planned.
- infotainment is 1000x better.
- the trunk was better on the 14. Can't tell how the space compares, but I liked the clean, larger opening. This opening is tighter, but its plenty big.
- Both ride really well. My neighborhood is surrounded by some horrible streets and both handle the pot holes well.
- I think the last car felt less sports car and more trying to be a near luxury car. This 17 is going for sports all the way, but man, the materials are just better. The arm rest is :ahh:
- I didn't even realize there was lane departure warning and automatic braking. Someone stopped in front of me, and the car freaking broke. I've not had a new car since this shyt started being on cars. I was like :ohhh:
- I can't believe it, but I'm still on the fence on the styling. Its striking. Not stately or handsome like the '14 or like the Impala, but futuristic. I think it looks good, but it will take getting used to. The interior though :blessed:
