Will never understand how gorilla monsoon won worst announcer so many times, watching him on the network the guy is great.

I guess if you heard him every week or whatever you'd get tired of his corny lines, not knowing the moves, constant hypocritical shilling for the good guys when they did heel shyt (ESPECIALLY when it was Hogan) and misuse of words "this crowd are literally on fire" etc

Essentially nothing's changed in 25 years because we all say the same about Cole etc now

Whenever I watch old stuff I can only tolerate him when he's alongside Heenan. and even then he wasn't a good commentator. Heenan carried him at all times and Monsoon's best stuff was with Heenan on Prime Time

That if Jack Swagger, who currently hasn't had a personality since he won that title, nor has had many memorable matches (if any), could win the WHC, there's no reason why Cesaro couldn't. Not saying slap the title on him now (that would be stupid), but if Swagger can hold the belt, literally anyone can. Not sure why I even had to go into detail tbh
