2. Houston Rockets (58-24); the offense will win them a lot of games. I particularly think they tie Golden State for best record against the Eastern Conference for some reason. Chemistry/ball-handling can (not necessarily will) get a rocky start.

5. Portland Trail Blazers (52-30); a full of season of Nurkic next to Dame and CJ will have them eating. Feel like Dame coming for blood this year.

wow, you really high on houston as a 2 seed. i don't see it breh, im not a fan but i hated when they got rid of beverly (who's a absolute pitbull on defense) and lou.

i might fukk around and stan the trailblazers though. i like what they did in the draft getting 2 young big guys like swaningan (who balled out in the summer league) and zach collins, and nurkic coming back. dame and cj gotta get front court involved though

i really can't gauge the spurs though, i like the fact they picked up some youngings in the offseason adn getting ready for life after parker and ginobli.

i think the nets make a run for the 8th seed, d-loadin :blessed:

Oladipo got traded for George, breh.

Austin Rivers should be the Clippers starting SG this year. I think you'll see a lot of two PG sets with Beverley, Teodosic, Lou Will, Rivers. I heard Blake might not return to the Clippers until December. Under those circumstances I have a hard time seeing them make the 'offs. So I'd give their playoff spot to Denver, team is elite offensively with Point Center Jokic and they added Paul Millsap.

I'm giving Boston about 48-50 wins. To me their biggest questions are depth it looks like the young boys Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum will be their key cogs, a lot of inexperience there. Also, team will struggle to rebound with Horford and Morris.

Detroit not better than the Knicks or Philly in my opinion. If Embiid plays 65 like you said they make the 'odds, he's that good, plus you have Simmons who I have as RoY, and Fultz who should be a good scoring guard out the gate.

I really think Atlanta is going to struggle to win 15 games this year, roster is awful on paper. I have no idea why they didn't pursue KCP.

I think D-Wade will join the Cavs or Spurs, after being bought out by the Bulls.
I forgot Oladipo got traded. They switching places with Portland then.

The most recent thing I saw on Blake (which was still mid-July) was that he'd be in training camp. Now that's going on now so I don't if he's there but even if he isn't training camp and December is a big gap I don't think his return is that far off.

I think Stevens coaching Kyrie and Hayward will keep them over 50 wins but the inexperience and rebounding will hurt bad.

Detroit is better than New York, KP and a half-season Melo obviously looks better on paper but Detroit has more pieces and I trust SVG to make Reggie+Bradley+Harris+Drummond work over Hornacek taking Melo+KP+Hardaway to the playoffs. Philly has more young talent but I think they'll have a lot of growing pains and those 17 games will hurt unless they start the first half of the season as a top 4 team in the East to give them falling room which I don't see.

I think Lonzo wins ROY over Simmons who has to share the ball more.

If Wade goes to Cleveland in addition to a shot-blocking center that's probably the winning recipe.

Chicago winning 36 games:mjlol:
Atlanta, Indiana are going to be worse. Them and Orlando will be on the same level. Everyone likes the Nets but I don't see it, D'Angelo gonna ball on a bad team. That's the bottom 5 right there and they'll be in the middle among them. So even if 36 is reaching I don't see 18, 19, 20 games.
:gucci:Oladipo isn't on the Thunder, breh.

Houston won 55 games last year and added CP3. I have them #2 because I don't see the Spurs winning 60 again this season. What young players did they add?

I don't see the Nets leapfrogging Detroit, New York and Philly for #8.

Cavs aren't staying in the same wins range. East does not have 5 50-win teams. Hawks ain't winning more than 25 :mjlol:

Warriors don't care about winning 70. Rockets will win a few more unless Paul and Harden have chemistry problems. Grizzlies are not winning 50.

You have 5 teams in the East winning 50 :russ::russ::russ::russ:

Its not possible for that many wins in either conference breh without having the same number of losses :francis:

Bulls pacers and nets will all win 18 games or less so teams will pad wins

Nah 2 of them will win over 20 games....teams will have nights off or take them lightly.

Rest of the East isnt so great that 3 teams will be under 18 wins...
