My workout routine til the end of the month:
Cardio (trying for everyday but failing so far, so 3x/week): 30 minute HIIT jump rope
Strength (been doing every single day since 4/19): 5x2 deadlift + military press + renegade rows (30lb dumbells), 25 kb swings (26kg), 5 plank walk-outs

Just had brocolli and chicken, 'bout to have a small bowl of chilli.
, gonna stock up on a crap ton of Brocolli since it's the only vegetable i like eating with my food haha, and my dad brought over a ton of tuna so I'll be having that 2-3 times a week. Gotta buy more frozen chicken breast too. I have 3 days off next week so there is no reason for me to fukk up again unless my brother decides to come home with Pizza like he always does when it's least convenient
