Come on man. It’s not simply false. He’s offering nothing to change the broken unsustainable system.
Nothing in any of his proposals actually challenge and redistributes power. He’s already wavering on the public option (which in itself is inadequate) and anonymous sources are telling the press he’s going to abandon it and “tweak” the ACA, aka do nothing. He said he would veto single payer even if it passed both houses of Congress.
Free college for people making under $125k will create a shytty college system for the working class that gets sucked dry by neoliberal macroeconomic policy (budget cuts, vouchers) and offer devalued degrees. Free public college for all would be a great equalizer and end the unsustainable student loan crisis.
His climate plan is ok I think but lacks specifics.
Now looking at those things you mentioned, how do you square that with the words of the guy running his transition team?
Both can’t be true.
If the last several decades have taught us anything about American politics and government is that if you don’t actually challenge power and force redistribution of it, nothing happens. The corporate interests will cut it to pieces before it even gets to a vote. Biden does not believe in challenging power.

People need to chill with the Obama stuff. Biden got elected to office when he was 29. Obama was 11 years old then. Obama is a political prodigy and while a large part of Biden’s support in modern day is from their association, it’s a little disrespectful to act like he couldn’t give a speech without being coached through it. He was in politics for almost thirty years before Obama came in. He knows how to get on stage and talk

Obama gave him some lines but he didn’t write the song. Biden been in some kind of political office since 1970. He didn’t link up with Obama until 2009. He’s his own man.

My biggest concern is Biden having those stupid gaffe moments where he damages himself along with Trump.
