The speech was to support Upton in a race that Upton won by 4%. His campaign used Biden’s words in ads for his re-election.

The cancer research was a bill Upton and Biden worked on years prior. More recently, Upton had worked on bills designed to gut the affordable care act.

Biden was there for that 200k check. He has a history of working with the op even after they try to fukk him over. To me that is a sign of weakness and ineffectiveness.
