The most likely person Biden will pick is Kamala Harris (if she wants it). Regardless, there's definitely going to have to be a woman on the ticket and especially a non-White woman.

Vague AF. Yang's political inexperience showing here. He is right that costs can go down due to existing powers of the government and laws on the books. He also is talking about provider payments which Dems aren't talking much about. But still vague.
