If the governments were stable, and not 'basketcases' (tacky choice of words) their citizens wouldn't be trying to get out the country in such large numbers. So the statement is accurate.
Now we can argue that the US has a hand in creating the 'basketcase' governments, but that's a thread for another time. This isn't the same as Trump calling people racists and murderers.
Then people retweet this misinformation and we wonder why people say both sides...

Comparing people to events or animals in nature is the often used tactic. People are people. We stand on two feet and walk. Sometimes across continents. At no point does that process ever turn into a flood

Now that this seems to have clearly backfired on Liz I think it illustrates that Young Bern may be very resilient to personal smears and that could bode well for him against Trump.
Trump’s attacks on “crooked Hillary” resonated with a lot of people because it rang true.
Young Bern is just a nice old man who wants to give people better healthcare and higher wages. He can’t really be painted as a nefarious individual to most people cause it’s not believable.
