That's exactly what it is though. Liz and her base are not in solidarity with poor people because that ain't who they are by in large. They want "moderate" progress and thought they could ride Bernie's wave toward propping up Obama 2.0 and she ain't pass the smell test. And these have been my views about politics since before I heard of either show.

O shut up. You literally copied some phrase you heard damn near verbatim from Cornell West off of the Michael Brooks show recently. None of yall are actually moving units and contributing any new ideas to the discussion. It's literally like arguing with these lefty grifters except ain't no body getting paid. The point of watching these political shows is so that maybe they can inform you of somethings you might not have known before if your a low political information viewer. It's not to completely co-opt the politics of these programs.

Bruh...they will absolutely care.

Best believe if he’s somehow the nominee Republicans will weaponize and publicize his sexuality in swing states. Hell there are Democrats voting in the primary that care

He’s still relatively unknown on the national stage but god help him, because the “gay” stories they are probably digging up on him.
I don’t talk about it a lot here with regard to him, but America is not voting for a gay male president yet.
It’s crazy how that the democratic establishment actually think it is. Just another example of the disconnect from reality that exists amongst the Democratic elite. These people really are wholly clueless on the concept of “electability” even though they’re the ones who push it the most. They think because we had a black prez and gay marriage support is well over 50% now the majority of the electorate will vote for a gay man with a husband.

And I have no problem whatsoever with him or anyone else being gay and I would have no problem voting for a gay man. But the fact that the Jim Messinas and Tom Perez of the world think a gay neoliberal corporate puppet is a viable prez nom is hilariously sad.

Now that they’ve shown their hand putting their thumb on the scale for Buttigieg, all talk of Bernie being unelectable is null and void.

I gotta say Monmouth and Suffolk might want to ease up with their polls, since the last one from each in Iowa, both had Biden winning. In Suffolk case, they had a comfortable first ballot victory with no one else over 20. They might need to check their methodology before they hit the field again :whoa:

Emerson was off in Iowa too

But caucuses with multiple candidates is hard to poll I think

with that said these NH polls show me that Bernie has a ceiling around 30% and a floor of 25%

Pete is hovering around 20%

And the rest are barely viable for delegates

Trump not living to see 2024 off of his diet alone. How many 75+ year olds that eat fast food twice per day, still manage to live? :skip:

He wants to have Bernie as the nominee and Bernie gonna smoke him.
I see no way Bernie wins critical swing states. Socialism scares people. You have to ease in change, not radically change everything. People not down with that.
