You don’t shoot threes in Game 7 as the last shot when you down. You go for the safe layup. Electability is just as important as policy right now because if these nikkas lose, there are REAL consequences.

How do people equate Bloomberg with "electability"?

He is against damn near everything the Democratic base wants. M4A, taxes on the rich/tackle income inequality, take on the big banks, student relief etc. He's part of the 1% the base hates (but the corrupt DNC loves of course)

The real lesson the Dems never learn is when you run a Republican-lite against the real thing voters choose the real thing.

Bloomberg is a Republican-lite who should be getting no support from the DNC base. The media trying to push this guy as "electable" is fukkin despicable.

Edit: I fukkn knew it...he loves this analogy :russ:

Chris Matthews Brings "Hardball" to Kirkland | News | The Harvard Crimson
“When did you get that visceral sense, ‘Damn it, I’m right,’” a bombastic Matthews asked. “You know, starting to love Doug MacArthur and Chiang Kai-shek, Vietnam. When did your heroes begin to be Daddy Warbucks, Joe Kennedy?”

Hardball with Chris Matthews, Transcript 5/20/2016
MATTHEWS: It`s like generalissimo, Chiang Kai Shek, it`s like this guy,
I`m going to war.

That just makes no sense to me. That is front running and cowardly. Vote for the candidate who views most match your own not because you think they will win. I just can't get with that scared mentality.

Da fukk America?!?
:dahell: im one of those people. what dont you understand about it? id rather win with a moderate than lose with a radical. we have to take the electoral college into account

and dont let hillarys awful performance cloud your judgment on running with a moderate. im pretty sure obama didnt believe in gay marriage in 08 :dead:

i agree with this though

bloomberg gets credibility as mayor of NYC, gotta be one of the toughest jobs on the planet. that plus being a self made billionaire = undeniable credibility

will he win? i hope not

If electability is important, then Sanders is a great choice. :ehh:

Better than the gay boy but he’s too abrasive at times. Seems like he always wants to be right rather than find common ground with others which is why he didn’t make any friends in Washington for decades. It’s not his platform as Warren has many of the same policies. It’s his personality. Biden and Warren are safer picks. Biden is just ten years too old and not as sharp anymore and America is too sexist right now to elect a woman.

Same thing for me with Warren.

What I'm saying is is if you're in a Super Tuesday state and still plan on voting for Warren your basically just wasting that vote :manny:
If she’s on the ballot, I’m voting for her. If she’s not, Bernie has my vote...gotta stop any case being made for Pete and Bloomberg. Biden ain’t great, but at least he’s a known entity, I definitely expected him to carry the moderate/centrist wing. And I don’t dislike Amy, but damn, no way...

shyt is clusterfukk
