He's the most well-liked of all the candidates.

He's had the best election track record of all the candidates.

He's consistently beating Trump in the polls, to a degree better than all the candidates except Biden.

He's got the broadest support base of all the candidates.

He polls best among independents of all the candidates.

He raises money better than any of the other candidates.

He's the most known quantity and thus the least likely to lose support or have an unknown scandal come up.

Honestly, Bernie's electability arguments are easy as hell to make. The only thing the haters have left is "but socialism!", as if all the people answering those polls don't already know that about Bernie. All the other candidates have weak points that they'll try to hide, deny, or downplay, Bernie's the only candidate whose supposed "weak" point is something he fully embraces and everyone already knows.

I hope you're right.

It's the act of attacking other people for doing the same for their candidate while they do the same thing that really had me.

He’s the gay Herman Cain. Pete thinks that because he’s one of the first representatives of a minority community, it can mask him being an unimpressive candidate. He thinks he can just show up, be gay, say a few empty platitudes and he’s good. The Obama comparisons are irritating. Obama was on point. On everything. That dude had his Presidential campaign planned decades in advance. Being black was the icing on the cake. If Obama was a white man, he would’ve been the new JFK, America would’ve loved him that much more and he would’ve beat McCain even worse. I don’t even know what Buttigieg’s platform is or why he’s running. If you gonna be the first Gay President, you have to be a genius candidate. Your minority status shouldn’t define you no more than it did for Obama.

wait, this is true?

:dahell: im one of those people. what dont you understand about it? id rather win with a moderate than lose with a radical. we have to take the electoral college into account

and dont let hillarys awful performance cloud your judgment on running with a moderate. im pretty sure obama didnt believe in gay marriage in 08 :dead:
But you ARE a moderate so you clearly don't count. And what do you think of the polls showing Bernie doing better in every electoral swing state than any of these other candidates.

You say, "Don't let Hillary 2016 cloud your judgment". Kerry was the milquetoast moderate candidate in 2004. How did that turn out? The Republicans went with moderate Romney in 2012 and floundered, then ditched moderate Jeb Bush in 2016 and won. Reagan was considered a radical among Republicans and won by some of the biggest election margins in history. The last actual radical with a chance the Democrats put up was probably Bobby Kennedy, if he hadn't been killed he likely would have dominated that election.

There's zero historical support to the claim that centrists fair better in presidential elections than radicals.

They hate paying a few more dollars to taxes, and have to go all out on Bernie to stop that. Why do the rich Americans hate helping the poor ones improve their quality of life? :hhh:

Because Jerry Jones needs his 7th mega yacht to pull up to the SuperBowl in Miami to spite some other guy who had a bigger one so the rest of us have to suffer

Anyone have the video of Pete during one of the debates nervously playing with his hands under the podium? Can’t seem to find it anywhere anymore

We don't need to give the MSM anymore ammo to attack Bernie. You know goddamn well they'd be like "Look at these magnesium levels, they are a bit alarming". There is just no way in fukk Bernard would be running if he was in any obvious immediate medical danger, he's a good person.

They’d have that body language analyst back in there trying to decipher the report like she reading some damn hieroglyphics:mjlol:

:beli: Man she had so much momentum. I thinks she’s a great politician but she’s made some weird decisions lately. She has to be perfect during her campaign to make it to the end and it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.

She’s kind of damned if she does and damned if doesn’t go at Bernie though.

who is that twitter poster anyway? :jbhmm: People be posting stuff on twitter for clout.
