I keep seeing cacs talking about black voters and getting the black vote but what about the hispanic vote? Its almost insulting at times how they talk about us. I never see/hear that same energy when it comes to the Hispanic vote.
the whole front end of the race was a bunch of pandering to & courting the latino vote - lots of immigration talk, abolishing ICE, decriminalizing the border, providing social services to illegals, candidates speaking spanish at debates...but 30% of latinos vote republican and quite honestly there's a possibility of that growing due to higher levels of assimilation and the influx of immigrants fleeing corrupt leftist governments, dems know they have to keep the black vote at 85-90%

This narrative gets disproven literally every month. Americans know that the overwhelming majority of wealth is hoarded by the rich in this country, and that that wealth should be used to fund public programs.

Majority of Americans favor wealth tax on very rich: Reuters/Ipsos poll
Most Americans Support Increasing Taxes on the Wealthy: Poll

The question is about how we pay for things, not whether or not we pay for things. No one thinks health insurance is free. The question is, do you want to pay $300 a month for shyt coverage that has high premiums that you can lose if you ever lose your job, or do you want to pay $100 for Medicare and be covered for everything for the rest of your life. The value proposition wins.

it’s not a question of who has wealth.

We have social security taking our money every paycheck a slush fund. That’s socialism but people have been brainwashed to think it’s failing or bad.

The propaganda against socialized systems runs deep in those red states.

The whole government between you and your doctor worked on Republicans. Anything increasing government control is going to be easier to manipulate them into voting against or sending Tea Party candidates to do so.

The reaction to Obamacare already proved this.

If we swing the race for Bernie, the conversation will change :manny:. Gotta make our presence felt and Bernie winning after doing a lot of outreach to our communities would be a great way to put the stamp on it.

Define middle class? You need to be making like 250k I believe for you to actually have increased out of pocket. Foh those people will have three cars , go on ten vacations a year and be like “ I’m struggling” clowns like this all over the nyc metro area, not surprised you’re the one caping though you centrist . Don’t you have to accuse someone of mansplaing something ?

It depends on your location. That's middle class in the tri-state and probably even higher depending on your family size and they're being taxed to death. They may be doing and have those things if they're heavily in debt but of course you have no clue what you're talking about. Forward Comrade destroy the middle class, they're your oppressors. There will be critiquing of Bernie Sanders policies today.

What's left of the blue state middle class has carried enough debt and taxes for this country. Find another way.

If if gets the nomination, I think he's picking Amy for VP.

Bernie has already stated he wants a strong progressive as VP. Pulling Amy or Warren from the Senate, especially when they aren't exactly politically aligned with him is stupid.

Anybody on a Sanders ticket should be bracing themselves to take up the movement that he helped build and running in 2024, Amy is not that. We gotta be thinking far beyond this election cycle, this is not a stop gap.

I live in NY that is not middle class and you gotta be privileged to think it is , yeah it doesn’t go as far as it does in the middle of country but it IS NOT middle class, imagine me feeling bad that someone making 250k might have to give up 1 of 5 vacations so a person doesn’t die from lack of healthcare , that’s a clown argument

you really should be a republican you have their selfish ass ideology

Wow. So now we attacking cooi brehs because he is concerned about possibly being 5k worst off?

It's his concern, why shouldn't he be allowed to express it?
watching dudes try to shame @Tommy Fits for that is embarrassing, and it's exactly why im worried about bernie losing the middle class running on these ideas :yeshrug:

we really have to start looking at this a little more realistically, because the average american WILL vote for whats best for themselves before some idealistic government-run vision of "better for all". to pretend otherwise is to do yourself a disservice

Not that I don’t agree with you 100% but we gotta be a little less abrasive. I’m guilty of it sometimes too, but at the end of the day we will need all these a$$holes lol

I’m shaming him because it’s a stupid argument. He’s crying about a supposed 5k when a quick google search tells you that the average amount paid annually for health care for a family of 4 is TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND MOTHERfukkING DOLLARS.

I’m not exactly a mathematician but come the fukk on my guy
