I really hope Bernie can pull this shyt out and get the nomination and election some will be salty about taxes etc etc but he will do a lot of good I been waiting for this for a long time hope he can do it.
I don’t get how some of y’all think people, average people, not the m/billionaires, are about to see 5000-20000 more missing from their accounts each year and think this won’t cause a backslap the way racists whites did obama

im just wondering how far y’all think he’ll get into making change and how long that lasts...

I just don’t see this creating something that’s sustained in the long run. ESPECIALLY if a republican wins in 2024...

Please show me this bizzaro world where average Americans would be paying 20k extra in taxes

:gucci:

Did the DNC change the definition of average in the last few years?

There's clearly at least half the party who doesn't view it this way.

Thus they are differentiating themselves.

Are we forgetting this is a big tent party?

The entire tent is working towards insuring every American.

That's good for Bernie.

The taxes argument is easy to refute because most Americans will get taxed less than they already pay for Health Insurance.

Additionally, don't forget, these are the same people that were paying a 'tax' with Obamacare too. Either via having to purchase insurance or taking the IRS penalty.

You're looking for differences that aren't there really.

They are popular. All the more reason not to change if you don’t have confidence in the alternative.

You already saw what happened when AOC capitulated on the idea the other day. She’s one of the people who will be voting on it.

Cause none of them know how he’s going to do it.

You will need everyone on the same page for the next six months against Republican propaganda.

And you know got dang well you would call up to that school asking questions. You ain’t letting some teacher take your kid off campus without a plan.

Sadly, Obamacare and Medicare change already. And with this President, for the worst.

All the Dems want to either expand Obamacare or Medicare because they are popular.

The people who's vote you're worried about getting will be the ones drafting and debating the bill.

But the constituency has to continue to demand it for it to get done.
