If Biden keeps fading he may not even get delegates
Yeah that 2nd choice margin for Warren is going to be huge in the caucus format. She's going to gobble up a majority of <15% candidates.
I'll say this though, Monmouth and the Des Moines Register had Bernie at 42% a week before the '16 caucus. He ended up getting 49% of the delegates.
It is in California. But think about how drawn out that is and the damage would be done. Moreover, she was being investigated for other impropriety.
