I'm gonna move Yang a little more to the right since his UBI is Libertarian esque and some of his policies aren't progressive. But on the whole, he has progressive policies on his site.

someone posted a comment on youtube that said "put UBI in place and boom, every landlord raises rent a thousand bucks within a year"
