Trump has about a 56% approval rating in Kentucky according to Morning Consult.
McConnell though is unpopular.

McConnell is just gonna dirty politick his way back to the Senate just like he did with the last woman KY nominee.
The Attorney General... she ran a weird race
She ended up winning re-election in 2015. So, it seems Dems have a problem winning FEDERAL seats state-wide i.e. Senate but they do have track record of winning AG and Governor races in KY in recent years.
In fact, the Dems probably should win the GOV race this year cause the current Gov is a disaster and also is unpopular.

Bernie is proving what I thought. Being good and helping the masses is a fools errand. He needs to promise reparations hard and start using harsher tone, like corruption. Money out of politics is dumb. It doesn't even resonate. Corruption is much harder and captures his message completely while catching attention easily. Smarten up Bern.
