If that's the same Meagan Day who writes jacobin, then she's the one who started the "Warren is a pregnancy liar" nonsense.

Elizabeth Warren Details Her Account of Losing Teaching Job Because of Pregnancy

Suffice it to say, I'll be taking your word for it.
she didn't start it. CBS was investigating months before Meagan said anything about it. O'Keefe mentions it at the end. People just noted a discrepancy between Warren's stump account and how she described it in a 2007 interview :yeshrug:

1/4 way through this, but so far it's one of the most level-headed and respectful conversations around Bernie vs Warren i've seen so far. Both sides making the strongest arguments for their preferred candidates.

Meagan Day is the sort of commie I'm afraid of.

She legit said she's against private companies making toothpaste :dead:

You need to show your work. Day's tweet predates the video you posted.

O'Keefe says "our months long investigation" at the end of the clip which means CBS was on it before Meagan talked about it in mid September. It wasn't just her who noticed the stump speech discrepancy and it would've been eventually been reported on

Joe Rospars, Chief Strategist for Warren for President, gives insight into Elizabeth Warren’s potential path to the White House, the tactics behind the selfies, and whether or not he thinks discussing impeachment will become part of the day to day campaign for candidates.

Biden-18
Warren-17
Buttigieg-13
Sanders-9
Gabbard/Harris/Klobuchar/Steyer-3

Among those surveyed who watched the debate last Tuesday, 4 in 10 said Buttigieg was the candidate who did better than they expected. An additional 3 in 10 cited Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar as doing better than expected, although so far that hasn’t translated into support. She is just below 3% in the poll.

Biden was by far the candidate seen as doing worse than expected in the debate, cited by 1 in 4 poll respondents.

Among debate-watchers only, Buttigieg held a narrow lead in the poll, at 19%. Biden and Warren were tied at 17%.

There were other signs of a friendly political landscape for Buttigieg and Warren in the poll. They led the field as the second choice of respondents; Warren was picked by 22% and Buttigieg by 14%. That could be important if and when other candidates drop out of the race, or if other candidates fail to reach the 15% threshold for delegates in the caucuses and caucusgoers decide to move to another contender.
