Secondly, Biden, Warren, and Pete all asked Rogan to be on his show as well and wanted to tap into that audience so this is not a Bernie specific dilemma. All of the top 4 wanted in.
I doubt this is true. Rogan sells himself as someone who's open to having *anyone* and *everyone* on his platform. It also doesn't make sense for Biden to seek an appearance on there given that he only seems to go for the safe, unquestioning route. I doubt Warren would go on there too given her apprehension to appearing on right-wing/adjacent platforms and her connection to the trans community. I understand why people are running with this though.

lol So why does Chapelle do comedy shows with someone who is a racist? Why does Rogan put on comedians like Ian Edwards if he is a racist? Some of you have razor thin requirements for throwing someone under the racist category

It's funny as fukk watching you guys use the equivalent of "black friend" to defend this dude.

It is increasingly becoming annoying how *any* criticism of Bernie or things in his orbit is written off as fake outrage or met with whataboutism in here.

How is going on Rogan any different than going on the breakfast club? You don’t think Charlemagne is comparably problematic?

It’s the largest podcast platform, it’s not some conspiratorial reason of why they would want to go on there...

What's with you guys and not being able to meet criticism head on? Why do you always have to what about? And yes, I do. Charlemagne is also someone who platforms dangerous idiots (ex: Umar Johnson and "Dr." Amun Neb). You can check my post history on here if you don't believe I've talked about him as well.

Anyway, I think you're confused. My hangup isn't necessarily with Bernie appearing on his show or with Rogan endorsing him. It's with his campaign giving extra value to that endorsement. It's with people whitewashing who Rogan really is. And with people - even in this thread - minimizing the concerns of transgender folks. I also don't believe this is suddenly going to wake up his listeners.

Rogan is not above lying. I mean, he propagated the Seth Rich conspiracy. It also doesn't fit for the reasons I stated above.

Also:

A spokesperson for the Biden campaign denied that the former vice president had sought an appearance on Rogan's show. A Warren campaign aide didn't know of any attempts to get her on the show. Buttigieg's campaign has not responded to request for comment.

Tucker Carlson literally did a segment about how nervous he was that Sanders would win the nomination because he had the economic message that could beat Trump

im looking at this primary as a win win situation

-if biden wins, we get a moderate who i believe has the strongest chance of winning
-if bernie wins, we get to see him debate trump :banderas:
