Hmm . . . so you have friends swayed by lies? Must be very believable lies? Or maybe they aren't lies? Maybe she was just not eloquent enough with her explanation? It is her job to convince the electorate, a miscalculation of where the electorate is at emotionally or whatever is also her fault. And she has allies in the media as well their case must not have been as convincing as the pro-Bernie media figures' case for her to lose people who were supporting her. It's like you are calling the terrain to get elected unfair like their is a rule book or something. lol
And come on dude, this Rogan episode is after Warren supposedly lied and said Bernie said some sexist things. That's not the move of an ally, that ship been sailed.

Yeah, they're the same believable lies that Jayapal was trying to fight against, like Warren's M4A plan didn't include mental healthcare and she's taking secret billionaire donor money. The type of misinformation that's prevalent in this era, especially on the internet. Misjudging where the electorate is at emotionally is a legitimate critique of her campaign if she loses. It's also an indictment on our society. But as I said before, America will get the president it deserves. No rule book, whoever wins will have deserved to have won, whether it's Biden, Bernie, Pete, Liz, Amy, Yang, whoever.

The idea that a stalwart progressive champion for decades gets thrown over the boat for a meathead podcaster who believed Obama was born in Kenya all because she made a claim people are choosing to believe, without evidence, is a lie shows some implicit biases deep at work and is not the sign of a coalition serious about governing. If Warren is no longer considered eligible to be part of the movement, then it's not a movement I want a part of.

Has anyone checked out her podcast? She wants to have former and current DNC members in plus speak on her experiences which sounds good, but it only just started and I haven’t checked for it yet.

No, but he is hip to how identity politics is being used in bad faith. Weaponizing the differences and struggles between people for political gain is the only way democrats can keep up. They pander and appeal to blacks and other minorities to offset the 'southern strategy' of republicans banking on a base of bigots without ever really making any substantial change to justify the support. The person who helped coin the term comes out and says Bernie's platform is most aligned to the original purpose of 'identity politics', building coalitions among the oppressed, not as a shield for the oppressors

You can build coalitions while still having open discussion about the different needs of different groups and their specialized battles. It doesn’t mean you have to create a specific plan for every niche...

The facts are that the names of candidates are listed in an order determined in December through a randomized alphabet selection process conducted by the Secretary of State’s Office. Twenty Democrats qualified for the ballot, including three candidates who dropped out of the 2020 race out after a Dec. 26 withdrawal deadline and one candidate who didn’t file the necessary paperwork to take his name off the ballot.


The randomized drawing rotates the 20 candidates by state Assembly district, meaning all candidates will appear both at the top and bottom of the ballot in four districts.

In Sacramento, voters will see Sanders at the top or toward the top of their ballots. The 9th Assembly district, which stretches from Southwestern Sacramento to Lodi, places Sanders at the very top of the ballot, while the 7th Asembly District covering the rest of Sacramento and West Sacramento puts Sanders third from the top.

The coalition isn't built until there are groups of people who have a common cause. The problem with liberals is, they want to keep the conversation centered on peripheral shyt, because addressing things like pronouns and a "diversity" of POC being allowed to sit at the table with oppressors allows you to signal virtue without actually doing anything that will move the needle. People are beginning to see through the bullshyt.
