(Joe Biden wins the 1st Presidential Primary of his Career in South Carolina blowout)
Media wrote old Man Joe off a little too soon. Look this is his 3rd Run for President since 1988. He's also lived through many others so let's say he's been around the block several times, lol. Yes his campaign thus far has been all over the place and he deserved those losses. But those losses seemed to put him in focus and now he knows the lane he needs to be in. I knew from day one Trump feared him most. That's why the Ukraine call happen, that' s why he's constantly saying he's failing because Joe has him shook. It's clear he still does. Ironically this was his very 1st Presidential Primary win, 3rd times a charm? Nothing in 88, Nothing in 08 but got the VP so I guess that was a W by default but this was his 1st official win. Interesting that it was a Blowout. Biden's South Carolina win was so Big he is now ahead of Bernie in the popular vote for the 1st 4 State Primaries. Biden also shot from 5th in Delegates to neck and neck with Bernie there too.
The Black Voters in South Carolina clearly felt Biden is the best to beat Trump. So what does this mean? It means this is probably a Two Person Race now with Bernie and Biden. Everyone else is just taking delegates at this point. I don't see a path for Pete, Amy or Warren at this point. Steyer did the right thing, same with Yang. Bloomberg is also wasting money, it's not happening for him either. Biden will look to lock up the so called "Moderate" Vote or people not leaning all the way hard Left or Right. Bernie is definitely doing better than last time but he still has some of the same problems. Just like in 2016, he hits the South and all his numbers drop. They say it's a generational divide but Biden is consistently winning the Black Vote overall, even in Nevada and now overwhelming in South Carolina. This probably did reset the race in a way because the media was writing Biden off after those losses when he was still picking up delegates. Now he wins huge in a huge state with a huge population right before Super Tuesday.
