So all these nikkas that were interviewing for jobs and none got hired lol. Even the Jags haven't finalized anything with Leftwich. You're good enough to be a coordinator, but they don't want the image of a black head coach becoming a regular thing. Truth be told, they really don't like the idea that black QBs are becoming the norm, which is why all those tears were shed about Josh Allen losing last week.
