To drop that news on draft day and overshadow all the hard work those young guys put in to even make it to that day is such an a$$hole move.
My intuition told me that story was likely bullshyt anyways. Like yeah, A-Rod has voiced his frustrations before but nothing as concrete as wanting out was ever hinted. Rodgers is actually pretty down to earth from the many segments I’ve seen on McAfee’s show. He doesn’t seem like the kind to stoop down to that level and drop such news on an impactful day like the draft.
