They’re reward stickers. You get 1 for accomplishing a threshold in certain counting stats. Rushing for 100yds, touchdown, the oline might get one if they don’t give up a sack. Defense might get one if they have a shut out or give up less than 200 yards in a game. They likely give 1 out for every win.

We did this in high school not bragging but I got like 5 off one play, I stripped the ball from the qb and returned for a td (sack , forced fumble, fumble recovery, and td)
