Memphis did the scouting and roster management to combat the dynamic that Mavs failed with in the Finals

Memphis Grizzlies are an after-thought. While JA Moron was on his Chris Brown shyt pretending to be gangsta when ain't one, the other teams simply took over their spot as the hottest teams in the west.

You got OKC doing big things
Timberwolves with Ant showing some promise
Dallas going to the finals and looking strong
Even Denver with their shyt GM would take care of them in the series real quick

Then there are several veteran teams who would take care of Grizzlies in the series if that actually happened, like Phoenix, GSW or Lakers. Though I don't see Grizzlies in the playoffs at all unless they make a drastic trade move that vastly improves their team. These boys are always injured, then take time to get to their optimal shape, by the time they are back they find a way to get injured again. The way Ja Morant falls or lands on his feet is worse than what Derrick Rose used to do.

They should nickname Ja Morant a Sabu, cause he takes more bumps than Sabu himself

It was a 5 point game when Ja and Jaren came out, it was 15 when they came back in. If the goal isn't to win the game today, but some mythical game in the future then I get it. But if the goal was to make the playoffs and lose first round like it should be, then you probably just need to win today. You don't have the talent to beat anyone without playing your stars the whole game because even ass teams make lots of 3s so it won't be any blowouts to rest.

GG got hurt so fast, I didn't even get a chance to get fake hype so I know I didn't get included in that. Personally the only way forward was if he came in with the main roster and was amazing because you can't have a roster of 3 small guards in a league with scoring forwards .
