fukk it. I'll start some shyt. The Chiefs not paying Tyreek cost Pat his chance to catch Brady.

If he has Tyreek they're beating the Eagles. Pat needed to be at 4 by now to catch Brady mostly because he's fighting Prime Josh, Prime Lamar, Prime Burrow (IF the defense shows up), the Eagles and Lions building a team of Monstars, and then there's the wild card teams of Rams or Steelers who can consistently be annoyingly good, and the occasional random ass luck of the draw teams like the Colts.

Brady had a weak NFC east most of his career combined with a HoF TE plus a sneaky HoF slot WR and if he beat Peyton he was usually in the Super Bowl. Pat has too much of a hill to climb without having a top 4/5 WR.

Pat is the top QB of this generation, definitely in the hall already, can't catch Tom anymore at this point. Tyreek was more than his deep threat. He was a comfy blanket like Edelman was for Brady.

They won the Super Bowl 2 out of 3 years without Tyreek, with Trent McDuffie playing a huge role in them. No guarantee they even get back if they resigned Tyreek as they would've had to take hits on other parts of the roster. Very dumb take.

For him to catch Tom he needed to go 3 out of 3. My homie that is a Chiefs fan had the same response as you, but I'm speaking to him catching Brady. It's not possible now given the current talent that exists in the league.

Kelce getting old in real time is a problem and Tyreek would've lessened that.
