Purdy saved my fantasy team in the playoffs.

Last week at the last minute I started Purdy over Stafford and immediately regretted it because Stafford put up 72 points. I was :why: I had Purdy projected at like 30 points and I would need him to over perform. He got me like 54 points which caused me to squeak to the championship game by 9 points

For this week I meant to put in Stafford and plain forgot. Purdy started off his game with a pick 6. I was :stopitslime:

Then he ended up getting me over 50 points again. Stafford ended up with 16 points today. I would have lost my championship game. I only won by 15 points.

Carolina can still get in if they lose to Tampa.

Even with a loss to the Buccaneers, Carolina would still win the division crown if the Falcons beat the Saints in Atlanta. That scenario would create a three-way tie for first place between Carolina, Tampa Bay and Atlanta and the Panthers would win that tiebreaker.

*A 3-way tie creates a different set of tiebreaker rules...which work against TB in this particular case.

Their matchup isn't exactly for all the marbles now.

What’s the point to have Carolina vs Tampa on Saturday now

Should have been on Sunday anyway playing the same time Saints/Falcons…
The league execs probably assumed the Falcons were going to lose last night.....which would have simplified things.

Also, if Tampa wins, that will def draw more interest and viewership towards the Saints/Falcons game. A crappy game under normal circumstances suddenly becomes must-see TV. :mjlol:

Carolina vs Tampa is completely irrelevant now, if Falcons win vs the Saints Carolina is the NFC South champ win lose or draw

:smh: The Buccaneers picked the WORST TIME to go out sad and could've been clinched this :trash:-ass division. :snoop: @KingsnBucs1987

The Charlotte Kitties potentially backing their way into a division title :stopitslime:

And of course the Funboys will play a part in deciding it. :pacspit:

Fitting for this nut-ass season

They're the 2 seed if they beat the Lions. Doesn't matter what the Eagles do. Rams can't move up as they can't win the division
Also, the Bears can't play the Seahawks in any scenario

It comes down to the Packers, Rams, or 49ers (at Chicago).

I'm certain they'll be motivated to play against Detroit after that week 2 loss.
