Then you need to stop confusing progressive with chaos. Wanting affordable housing, stronger tenant protections, union jobs, and healthcare isn’t anarchism; it’s basic governance that works for people who aren’t millionaires.

The issue isn’t sanctuary cities or crime but the fear-mongering around them. Most people want safe neighborhoods and functioning services. Progressives want exactly that, just without criminalizing poverty or throwing more cops at symptoms while ignoring causes.

And NO it doesn’t mean I think all or most homeless people are like this but all it takes is one.

Just because the government hasn’t properly figured out how to help these people doesn’t mean citizens should ignore or accept any danger from them
