He’s gonna be more ineffective than Brandon Johnson in Chicago, but progressive need to learn this lesson

Johnson ain't exactly ineffective. He just puts his shoes on before his pants if that makes sense.

But none of this should matter to you since progressives have no pull and aren't worth paying attention to. :hhh:

The next challenge for Zohran and #MamdanisManiacs will be to bring the party together after such a contentious primary. It’ll be on him and his supporters to convince the people they just called stupid for voting Cuomo (and in some cases advocated for their death as evidenced in this very thread) to come back and support him against the incumbent, Mr. Adams.

This explains your Trump fetishism. :whew:
I’m not a fan of Trump. I’m a fan of democrats learning tough lessons.

I warned people of the things that are happening and a refusal of democrats to kick certain groups and issues to the curb is why trump is winning.

I predict Trump keeps both houses in 2026.

Again…the only people who are voting for Mamdani are the people who could ironically afford to still live there. ALL THE POOR PEOPLE HAVE LEFT FOR RED STATES!

Democrats are already in control and failing to deliver. Who else are they gonna blame? Taxes aren’t the issue here. It’s the goddamn regulation. Too many interest groups.

Trump racked up MASSIVE margins in blue states in 2024. I keep telling yall...

In fact, Red states have GAINED electoral college votes.

Saying "only the rich vote for Mamdani" ignores what’s actually happening.

Working-class people are still in NYC, they're just more rent-burdened, overworked, and politically pissed off than ever. The problem isn’t that only the rich are left, it’s that the poor are being priced out, and he's one of the few actually talking about why.

Yes, red states gained electoral votes. But that doesn’t mean their politics are better, it means housing is cheaper and unions are weaker. People are moving for cost-of-living, not because they want Greg Abbott or Ron DeSantis. And if Democrats are failing, the answer isn’t more of the same, it’s a serious shift. Not Clinton-style, but a politics that actually takes on corporate landlords, health insurers, and greedy developers.

Adams is a dead politician walking man. He has just as much chance as Curtis Silwa does in NYC at this point
