You know who else was in the dumps before winning midterms? Republicans in 2010 and guess how that ended. I couldn't care less about party popularity polling. The president's party loses midterms nearly all the time in his first midterm. Only modern exceptions are 2002 (September 11th pro-republican period) and 2022. So yes, more than likely republicans will lose the House next year regardless of the democrat party's popularity problems.

And the first sign of this will be this November when republicans get dusted in the November governor election. This isn't about popularity or Gaza or anything. The economy is bad, people are mad, president's supporters are disinterested. Happens all the time.

this video might be the epitome of wealthy, elitist, condescending media liberalism. it's almost beyond parody

Democrats have to drop the holier-than-thou act, and they need to do it yesterday. it's suffocating the party. telling DC residents they should be more concerned with climate change, is like something out of a south park episode

WASHINGTON, DC
i hope they're looking at some good polling, because that seat goes R without her
I saw she polled better running for governor

But she’s competitive

Same with Sherrod Brown. He’d have won OH if Trump won by 8% like 2016 and 2020. 11% was too much to overcome
