A conservative (Matt Whitlock) thinks Americans hate Democrats ideas but who needs to gerrymander seats because they know Americans hate Republicans ideas?

Use your brain before you blindly share these bozos talking points
It's crazy how much the dem's are underwater. getting hit from every side of the political spectrum. Constant negative press. And yet there is still a push to gerrymander at an aggressive clip that hasn't been seen before.

This and so many fukkin red states with no people just create this "silent majority" narrative. Add to it these fukks finally get the popular vote for only the second time in 20 years and they still need more gaming of the system.

Country is so fukkin cooked .

Controlled opposition 101—alienate your supporters and still get roasted by the opposition:manny:. Maybe we learn the lesson in 2028 and stop running towards the right

Winning in the future is going to be an miracle when you are going against the MAGA echo chamber on one side and the purist echo chamber on the other

stop bullshytting. both sides are awful with gerrymandering :mjlol:

I don’t recall a time when Democrats said “Oh no! Our leftist agenda isn’t appealing to Americans, tell (Governor Whoever) to change the seats so we won’t lose so we can stay in power.”

Do you?

Dems need to start hitting back at these bozos. I like what Newsom is doing by trolling Trump. If he did that to these same Democrats continuously shytting in the party, I might just say f*ck it and go all in on Newsome for 2028.

breh, this is only a story because texas is doing it mid-census :dahell: if they had just waited until 2030, Dems couldn't say shyt. trump being such an unpopular loser made republicans desperate

Again Democrats are the most toxic "brand" in American society. Every day there is a new article about their terrible polling. Their ineffective messaging. And yet the party with the current popular vote. The overwhelming will of the people. A non-stop control of the media apparatus. A Supreme Court in their back pocket. STILL need to find additional ways to ensure they maintain control. Like WTF. The Republicans should be able to just exist and win why do they have to game states where they already have like 30 years of forgone government control.

They have the popular vote clearly they are doing everything the people want. Why are they doing this?

Republicans are doing exactly what the Republican portion of the 77 million voters who supported Trump—wanted: tax cuts, fascism, and trade wars.

When was the last time Democrats actually delivered on what they campaigned for? They couldn’t even pass their flagship legislation, the Build Back Better Act. That failure remains a lasting stain on the party.

It’s no surprise Trump is still popular among Republicans—he’s giving them exactly what they want.

nikka stop being obtuse. The point is the right-wing criticism that Dems policies are unappealing to most Americans is irony because their own polices are so bad they are poised to lose seats and possibly the house. This is also funny considering that democrats are polling like sh*t right now.

Hence the reason Trump is saying he needs to find more seats to change the outcome instead of campaigning on his successes because he knows he can’t.

were obama's policies that bad in 2010?

i'd use biden in 22 as an example, but he got bailed out by abortion :mjlol:

im not denying that texas republicans look scummy and desperate, but fleeing to illinois to protest gerrymandering was like smoking to fight cancer. dems just dont have much recourse here

and they could always stop CHOOSING to crash out over unpopular, 80/20 issues, which is what that dikkhead whitlock is referring to
