What is it with people being hard on cashiers all the time? Yall know we have alot of shyt to remember right? We arent robots...and when we do make mistakes it doesnt mean we are clueless or some shyt....as some people in here will tell you...alot of our supervisors dont teach us certain things...
like just yesterday I had a coworker who just was hired last week take a long time with doing a wic check and the customer was rolling her eyes every sec and wearing her heart on he sleeve...the customer wasnt being vocal but you can see she is one of those dumbasses who have no idea to hold frustrations in...especially when the cashier is trying to help u....
anyway its amazing why people have this mindset that its just pushing buttons....if they make a mistake then just say it without getting overdramatic and coming across as condescending...
As for overcharging Its only done intentionally if someone pisses them off...we will just be quiet qnd ring up something a second time when your not looking...
as anyone knows meat is always one of the most expensive items and this cac lady came to my line with only 3 or something...but she had asked me what if I was open...told her yes but when she was putting her stuff up I told her "jus a sec miss ill be back" just to return the throwbacks so my register wasnt cluttered...takrs less than a minute...anyway she spazzes on me....and im staring at her giving her thisblook and she says why the fukk are u staring at me...just hurry the fukk up
I came back and she is asking me if I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and "im gonna tell the manager on you...fukking ******"
So towards the end of the order her total is 80 something dollars when it prob should have been around 50
She goes to the front and complains to one of my coworkers but I think when the coworker paged for someone the managers ignored her ebcause I never got a talk, writeup or reprimand or anything..she either left or maybe she is a notorious bad customer
