The thing is I agree with you, but this commercial is not worthy of doing what you just proposed.
This commercial, just like the Gilette shaving one I mentioned, and all those Axe commercials, is a silly advertisement that shouldn't be taken so seriously.

Fair enough. Clearly though not everyone feels the same.

This.

I seriously don't see how people are attacking a hair removal cream company for trying to move their product.

Would you women even want to be with a man who needs advertisements to tell him how to look at women?

Primarily it's about how it makes women feel about themselves.

Hence the bullying. It's telling you, you're not a woman.

Do people really get offended by that?

I never thought I was gay or being bullied if I never found a woman attractive, you know the "if you don't find her hot you must be gay" types.

TV is all bullshyt anyway, these people seem like they're just finding out.

Sorry I think I've become really cynical lately, this product is marketed to women so they have the right to complain about how they're shown. It's actually mine and other mens opinions that don't count on this subject. :ohhh:

You don't have to toughen up. If something is unacceptable, you speak out against it and stand up to it. Call people out on their BS :tu:
If all of the world's people picked a fight with every miniscule grievance, where would the would be right now, friend? If you complain about 101 things out of 100, no one will take you seriously enough to care about changing whatever molehill that has offended you :ld:

They do take it seriously

“We take our responsibilities very seriously and the ad was carefully reviewed before it aired.

“However we are very concerned by any misinterpretation of its tone or meaning, and in the light of the feedback received we have decided to withdraw it. We would also like to apologise for any offense it may have caused. That was certainly not our intention.”

Don't underestimate your power as a consumer :yeshrug:
