If he’s close to six figures annually then he’s working his ass off working a whole bunch of extra hours because base 26/hr x 40 hours x 52 weeks is only 54k a year.
Anyway I agree 21/hr ain’t it if you really trying to have something and not take 40 to 50 years to get there. I live in the poorest region in the nation with some of the LCOL and it ain’t nothing to see ppl down here working a shyt ton of hours and even having 2nd jobs. If you are single and childless and work overtime and $21 isn't cutting it for you then you plain suck with money.
Ot is 31.50 an hour at that rate. If it isn't interfering with anything on the side or your social life OT is where the money rolls in.
