If im stuck on the freeway its always on the far left or right lane with enough space to immediately hop over and pull off

And forgot to mention, someone did this to me this morning too


Sitting in the far left lane driving slow as fukk. All cars having to go around them. I pull up and have to slow all the way down to a complete stop damn near in the far-left lane (aka fast lane) and had to wait while they put on their signal to switch into the right.

But since there was also traffic in the right (now everyone going around both of us) they decide to pull onto the LEFT SHOULDER to let me and everyone else pass around them first, then hop across into the far right.
