24 was a Fox show but Fox TV doesn't do much scripted TV anymore, mostly reality shows and the Simpsons/Family Guy Sunday block. I doubt they would pay for a new season of 24. Disney owns it and would probably send it to Hulu/FX if they greenlit it.
